The Beaumont Community Housing Development Organization, Inc. (BCDHO) is a non-profit, tax exempt organization dedicated to providing affordable housing to income eligible families in Beaumont and Port Arthur, Texas.

 

First-Time Home Buyers may be eligible to receive a grant for down payment and closing cost assistance (Some Restrictions Apply).

 

BCHDO is partnering with other non-profit organizations (Jehovah Jireh Village (JJV) Community Development Center & Charlton Pollard Neighborhood Association) to provide technical assistance, financial literacy training as well as other pre and post purchase counseling services to assure the success of each family that applies for its services.
